Ti Bihan

Spirit "déco" for our charming cottage in a converted 1886 farmhouse.
The name of the surrounding beaches painted on the wall of the "parents" room, giants wall stickers in the bathroom, a recycling dresser painted in the same red of the kitchen tiles of and antique furniture bring the character to an interior that is comfortable and contemporary.

Perfect for a family of 4 with :
- On the ground floor : large living room (fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom and wc)
- Upstairs, on attic floor : a room with a double bed (160x200), a baby bed and a large mezzanine room with two single beds (90x190) and games area.
- Outside : parking and private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Detached farmhouse for storing bicycles, motorcycles, surfboards...

- * Package Stay : water, electricity for 8 Kwh/day, gas.
- ** Package Comfort : Package Stay + sheets and towels included
- ***Package Evasion : Package Comfort + breakfast (for short stay and week-end)

Additional charges :
- Electricity (over the contract) : 0,12 € per Kwh
- Cleaning : (if you don't wish to make it) : 30 € (free for "short stay and week-end")
- Linen hire : sheets : 9 € per bed ; towels : 7 € per person

- Deposit against damages : 250 €
